Join us for a 2-hour high-energy sweat session to kick-start your Spring with some “muscle confusion” through cross-training!
The YMCA and 3CDC teamed for a wildly successful Washington Park Fitness Series in 2013, and we have expanded the schedule for 2014. This high-energy cross-training jam session will be held in the Main Gym and will challenge you with short samples of the multiple exercise formats we will offer all Spring through Fall on Saturday mornings in Washington Park. It’s a preview you don’t want to miss!
X-Train Jam Schedule
10:00 Yogalates (fusion of yoga and Pilates)
10:20 Boot Camp (challenging calisthenic intervals)
10:40 Zumba (high-energy Latin dance)
11:00 Insanity (HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training)
11:20 Kickboxing (cardio kicking and punching patterns)
11:40 Line Dancing (you read that correctly…line dancing!)
